Client reviews

I would highly recommend Chrissy Sommer to anyone looking to buy or sell in central Vancouver Island. Chrissy was professional and adept at handling the sale of our Nanaimo condo. It can be a challenge to show a property that is occupied by a tenant. Chrissy was professional and caring about the disruption the sale had on the tenant. She managed to connect with the tenant and received total cooperation for showings. Chrissy presented us with pricing of sold condos in the area so we could list at a good price point. We received offers quickly and were adeptly guided through the process by Chrissy. Her communication skills and knowledge are excellent. She presented offers, carefully explaining the details . Chrissy was proficient at handling and explaining the issues that arose during the sale. It was a pleasure working with Chrissy and she is a competent, professional and personable realtor. I highly recommend her for your real estate transactions.

Chrissy sold my investment property after several years of it sitting on the market with other realtors. She updated the listing and staged the property beautifully and setup an web profile. I thought I would be stuck with this property for 30 years so I was very happy and surprised that it sold so quickly with her help. Chrissy did a great job and will get my business in the future for any properties I buy or sell. I highly recommend her.
